Last week, on the 12th and on the 13th of May 2026, partner representatives of the “Balance Your Life” project met for the second time physically in Portugal, in Braga during the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). This TPM was hosted by Body to Soul in their new premises, which are located in a nice environment close to Bom Jesus.

Productive sessions
The TPM lasted for one day and a half and it was quite fruitful. On the first day, upon the warm welcome by the host and brief presentations about Body to Soul and the city of Braga and its various cultural activities throughout the year, the coordinator Base Verein from Austria, took the lead to present an overview of what has been done so far. Then the focus switched to the progress of work package 3 and 4. Maksima from Croatia updated partners regarding the status of the Work-Life curriculum and the progress that has been made by each partner so far regarding its content development. After that partners had a short coffee break before continuing with the digital well-being platform development by Euroreach from Estonia. The first day of the meeting concluded with the scheduling of the dates for the training that will take place in Croatia in autumn 2026. The second day of the meeting started again with a welcome coffee and continued with a detailed presentation of work package 2 on dissemination and sustainability topics by Body to Soul. Towards the closing of the meeting, KIG from Turkey shared the related online evaluation questionnaire, which all participants filled in.

Art therapy session
A special highlight of the 2nd TPM in Braga was the art therapy session that took place on the second day of the meeting. Following the instructions by the artist of Body to Soul all participants experienced the stress- relieving effect of neurographic art. But what is the neurographic art therapy? In short, it can be said that neurographic art therapy is a mindful drawing technique developed initially by the Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014. By blending psychology and neuroscience, it uses free-flowing, organic lines to translate subconscious emotions onto paper, helping to relieve stress, process trauma and encourage cognitive flexibility.

Social activities in Braga
On the 12th of May partners enjoyed a common lunch with Portuguese cuisine to a nearby to the meeting venue restaurant. On the 13th of May after the meeting was completed, partners walked around in Bom Jesus area and visited the famous Bom Jesus. The weather was nice as it stopped raining and the view of the city of Braga from Bom Jesus was spectacular! Before, leaving Portugal, partners had the chance to have dinner all together at a traditional and rustic restaurant in the city center of Braga.

What’s next?
